A World in My World is a documentary photography project that explores the vibrant
tapestry of multiculturalism within the urban landscape. It is a study of the micro-
worlds created by immigrant communities, spaces where distant cultures, traditions,
and flavors take root and flourish in a new home. Through candid portraiture and
street photography, I document the lived experiences of individuals who bridge the
gap between their heritage and their current reality.
This project seeks to honor the humanity and resilience of those who contribute to
the diverse soul of the city, showing that even within a single neighborhood, one can
find an entire world of stories.
